Holy Snaps, a DOUBLE RAINBOW!

OH-EM-GEE! This made me squeal when my mom showed me. She and my brother came to pick me up from my Grandma's house to go to my afternoon guitar lesson, and obviously it had just rained, and when she was coming in the door she said, "It's a double rainbow!". I ran out the door and immediately saw it. One is a lot more vibrant than the other, but if you look closely just to the right of the bright rainbow, you'll see the other one.

Random Things. What a suprise!

If you're reading this, congratulations! You know how to click things! Now, to the random things. The first random thing is I've kind of given up on my shoe-design-a-day. But I'm going to start again and do two or three a day so I get caught up. I might just start from now and keep going. Who cares if I have one for every day of the year or not? As long as I can do it for half or more of the year, I'm happy. I'm currently listening to some of my favorite music on online radio and I was cleaning my room a few minutes ago, but I really wanted to write. If you know me, you would know why I would much rather write than do anything else, but also if you know me, you would ask WHY I was working hard on cleaning my room. The answer is simple: Purple Paint. My mom said that if I clean my room enough that she could move furniture to paint, then she would. I've been so excited about this I've been moving faster than I ever have and I've already picked out the color I want. This post has become pretty long, and I don't want to take too much of my time because I still have to type up The 102, my class newsletter. Yes, I do it all myself. I'm not sure why other than I WANT FREELANCE WRITING PRACTICE. And I sort of wanted practice for next year in 6th grade for when I do the school newspaper. Okay, I've written more than I had planned on, so let me go clean. The sooner I finish, the sooner my wall will be covered with Dark Purple-ness!

Hey Zak, Why Do Your Windows Taste Like Grapes?

Hey Zak, Why Do Your Windows Taste Like Grapes?
Hey Zak, Why Do Your Windows Taste Like Grapes? by Peace. Love. Gaskarth. featuring blazers sneakers

Okay, who wants to know about the title? If you know me in real life, than you might not have to ask. I'll tell those who don't know. This friend of my mom was acting all stupid while they were in another state on a SECRET MISSION. I've decided to make random sets that have some of the stupid things he said as the title or in them. Another one, that is it this set, is "Billy, your mowhawk smells like Blueberries!" Look for more randomly odd sets with even more randomly odd titles in the near future!

New Year's Eve, Bracelets, & An Odd Game...

Okay, New Year's Eve: Today is New Year's Eve! Everyone knows that, but I'm exited. Tomorrow is 1/1/11. That is a lot of ones.... Anyway, tonight I'm staying at my Grandma's apartment, and we are going to stay up until midnight. I actually can't remember a year when I didn't stay with my Grandma on New Year's Eve and we DIDN'T stay up until midnight. I'm really exited. What I'm NOT exited about is going back to school on Monday. I never should have said I wanted to go back to public school! Well, I guess that's not true. If I didn't go to school this year, I wouldn't be a safety-patrol, and I wouldn't have the opportunity to go to a middle-school where I can have things on my level. And I wouldn't have made a good friend. Well, I'm getting off track, so let's get back on.
Bracelets: My dad taught me how to make Hemp Bracelets last night, and now I've gone crazy! I made one for my little brother, but I think he thinks it's girlie. I think that once the matching one for his Teddie-Bear is done, he'll want to wear it. He seemed really exited last night when I said he and Teddie could have matching bracelets... I'm not sure what he thinks now. I got started with the bracelets when my dad made me one. It was really cool and I've wanted to learn how to make them for a while now, so when I knew he knew how to do it, I jumped at it.
An Odd Game: Last night, we played this game called 'Befudiom'. It is CRAZY. And we made it crazier. Your have a card that has different phrases on it and you roll two dice. You have one die that has these pictures on it and the pictures mean different things. One picture means 'Act It' where, obviously, you act it out. Like charades. Another one means 'Draw It' where you draw pictures and you try to guess what they're drawing. Another one is 'Write It' where you're only allowed to pick four different letters from the phrase and put them in the correct spot. It's kind of like hang-man, but you can only guess what the phrase is, no letters. And then there's 'Describe it' where you can describe the phrase, or the words in the phrase, without actually USING any words in the phrase. Then you have 'Choose It' where you choose what you do. Simple. The last one, I can't remember what it's called, but someone else chooses what you do. Then you have a regular die, and whatever number you roll, that's what number phrase you do.
Anything Else On My Mind: My mom is using this website called 750 words. You write three pages and the average word count for three pages is 750 words. It's a brain drain. I'm not sure if you have to be a certain age or not. If you don't, I think I might try it. My mom did a little more explaining on the website, so it's sounds pretty cool.

Happy New Year!
